Read MoreT-minus two weeks until we no longer have a kitchen in our home!! We’ve already begun emptying cabinet and the boys ripped out the built-in buffet a few days ago. I’m not gonna lie, I’m CRAZY excited…but I’m mega freaking out at the idea of having all the kids home during summer and not knowing when we’ll have a working kitchen again since a large portion of our cabinets are backordered.
BUT…Gahhhh….I’m here for it.
We’ve lived in our current home for six years and have basically just put lipstick on the pig. We’ve painted, redone some of the floors, put in some new light fixtures. You know, easy-ish stuff.
We’ve been patiently (read: me NOT so patiently) awaiting the time when we could start ripping things out and truly getting our hands dirty.
